Hi, my name is Ruthy and I am a liver/kidney transplant recipient. A few years ago I was having reoccurring pneumonia for about a year and a half. During this time I was extremely depressed. I have suffered from depression when I was in college, but nothing like this. I do have a lot of pain issues and I was prescribed an antidepressant to help with the pain. It occurred to me one day that I was the most depressed I had ever been so I was really suspicious of the medication along with the circumstances. My massage therapist, Jamie, told me about Molly and suggested that I give her a call. My sister was pushing me to see a therapist, but I just couldn't see how telling a stranger about my depression would really help. Besides, I really couldn't put my finger on why I was depressed. I have been sick many times and I think that I have a pretty good attitude about that, so I was frustrated with the continual doctor's visits and the lack of a real solution, but I didn't feel that was the source of my depression. I decided to stop taking the medication, besides; it did not help with the pain.
I called and made an appointment to see Molly. I didn't really know what to expect, but I am pretty open minded. Molly made me feel at ease from the very start. Her guided meditation took me a few visits to really be able to take myself to a different place with my mind, but once I got it, it was an amazing experience. I saw Molly regularly and it didn't take long and I was feeling so much better in every way. Molly taught me so much about the power of my own mind and she gave me the tools to help myself. Molly helped me see that I really had the power to help myself. Sometimes I get off track, but I just have to get back into doing the things that Molly taught me and it always helps.
I am so grateful that Molly came into my life, she is truly a blessing, a goddess extraordinaire!!
