just some thoughts

i have been attempting to create a bowl from
tangerine rinds.....
the paper i created from rinds this past summer
was so much easier!!!...
so this morning as i was mentally processing
this whole attempt thing, my thoughts took me to
some interesting places ( i shared some of it below here)
i have come to the conclusion this bowl has a mind of it's
own... these rinds wish to be more...& are challenging me to see
how far i can take this artistic creating
so in creating this rind bowl there will be some additions
& some adornments... & we will see where else these
rinds wish to go!!!!
to think/feel/believe
people or nature
must be only one way
is so unhealthy.
& falls so far from how it is.
to attempt to contain people & nature
with certain perimeters,
to place them in a mental category box OR bowl as it were
is so limiting.
to think it is only people who have souls & spirits
is so restrictive to natures beingness & essence!!
when one behaves in this manner,
when one believes in this manner
one misses out on so much of the world.
