just some thoughts.....

each moment is brand shinny new....
in these brand new moments we are given an amazing opportunity
to see in a new way
to experience in a new way
we get to choose!
& even if we only choose the opportunities once in awhile....
we can make a big difference all around us....
are all your yesterdays clones of themselves..??
each day comes in all fresh & new....
we can choose to do it different
we can awaken as a new child
with the ability to see & experience the newness of each day~
to see the joy... awaiting.... twinkling .....

maintaining a clear personal energy field/space/aura/ chakra system/central core/pranic tube/meridians/cells/glands/organs~
is entirely up to each of us....
it is our personal spiritual hygiene....
others may show us how to do this,HOWEVER>> it is up to each of us individually to maintain being clear, to be balanced, to raise our own frequency, to raise our vibration~
no one else can do this for us!! someone may show/teach you or even assist you in integrating this,
however..... it is up to us to do this for ourselves!! & maintain our own higher vibrational frequency!!!
