i'm doing a 21 day chakra cleanse & wanted to share this
article i wrote a while back. regarding some chakra info
Solar Plexus "circle of excellence"well our chakra explorations have brought us to the solar plexus.... the seat of our personal power!!!
i am hoping your journey of discovery is going wonderfully!
i would like to share a 'technique' with you..... it is for self empowerment.
it is called the 'circle of excellence'
when you have done something that has been a challenge for you, something you found difficult,
...or done a job really really well, or even if you are feeling in a funk.....
stop, take a moment, imagine a spot light shinning down....
now step into that spot light... step into the circle that it creates.... & imagine applause...
cheering>>>> know that the angels are cheering you on & clap... cLap & applaud for yourself!!!
Cheer for yourself!!!!
if you are with another, do this for eachother!!! this is so very empowering!!!
enjoy this, gift this to yourself!!! enjoy the moment!!!

no one is born with a healthy self esteem ( & perhaps this is the original sin)\we earn this quality in the porcess of living as we face our challenges one at a time.... by choosing to believe something we breathe our breath into that
belief, giving it authority! Remember, stay present in the moment...
the here & now....

revolution
Involution
Narcissism
evolution
Our lives are full of challenges... it is how we grow & evolve!!!
it is how we heal ourself to wholeness!!
