just sharing this article i wrote over 10 years ago.... still some helpful information~~
One of the tools I frequently use is that of journaling. So very often there are things that are left unsaid, perhaps we just can’t find the right words, or we feel intimidated in that moment. There are also events in our lives, experiences we may have that we may feel we have no one to share with for what ever reasons… fear, embarrassment, shame, guilt the list is probably endless… these very words and thoughts that we hold inside… the things we never speak of… become what I refer to as the monsters in our head. They go round and round our mental thoughts, & get in the way of our living. They are the endless stream of mental chatter… the monkey mind.. Whatever you may call it, or perhaps you’re just becoming aware of these thoughts and words that don’t/ won’t seem to go away. When we choose to grow spiritual, and we move forward on our path.. We are sending these intentions for growth and healing out to the universe… When we follow this with acts of purposeful intentions…like journaling.. The universe will support us in our actions. This is where journaling comes in….. Doing what I call “Brain Drains” How this process works is as follows… Get a plain spiral note book…nothing fancy! Every day for 4-8 weeks write 3 or more pages. You may think you have nothing to write… Then for three pages…write I have nothing to say.. Or look around you and just start by writing what you see… What ever you write… WRITE…. Drain your brain… Write letters to people who you feel have wronged you, Or that you may have wronged somehow… you never have to send them, But getting the words out is very healing. Forgive yourself or forgive who ever you may need to in your life. Get the monsters out… clear out the icky stuff! say what you have never said, but may have wanted to. Also once it’s on the page…. Do not re-read it… Remember…. You’re getting rid of the words… You’re house cleaning!!! Big time... For your body and soul! Do this faithfully! At the end of the 4-8 week time frame Have a celebration…. Crumble all the pages up and burn them!!! Dance around the fire… let all the ickies go Be free…. As you do this, you become clearer. The clarity and the creativity are activated…. You’ll feel fresher. Lighter……. Do this for yourself, as a way to nurture you! As away to become your ~Realself! messages along the path gathering the lessons like sweet berries gathering the rememberings as if to wild~craft them into some form of completeness take them all in sort & sift through it all contemplate inner completeness outer expressions... surrendering to the next step~ blessings of goodness all along the way~ earthdeva/molly day 20 .... sun shine...

New Moon In Aquarius
The NEW MOON was yesterday; Jan 20th 2015 Tuesday ….. new moon energies are still present The new moon represents a new cycle of the various moon phrases & is a most excellent time to plant seeds of intention... so that they establish roots & begin to create sprouts of... miracles, growth....Healing… newness/change into your life… the new moon is a perfect time to re~dedicate your ideas/intentions/your focus ….. Really Truly Consider what changes you would like to see in yourself & your current reality/situations/relationships/circumstances…. Be clear on these as you focus to develop an idea of what intentions you might seek to express in an intentional way as you plant these seeds…. bless them, nurture them, love them & they will come to fruition~~ Brightest blessings to your beautiful newly planted seeds as they sprout, grow & blossom~~ ~~the seeds stir within the earth..... new growth here in lies the source of joy.... perhaps.... the inner peace in the midst of winter silence~~ ~~earthdeva/molly kinda excited.... started a piece of art last night.... been awhile since i have done more then the pen & ink drawings.... & it did start out as a pencil sketch/then pen&ink, which continued to evolve it took on a life of it's on in the process.... not so much what i had envisioned...actually became more .... easel is back out.... excited to be in the midst of this whole process as there is always so much more going on in the creating.... sharing what i have at this point 
part of this photo challenge for me is more then getting out in nature.... as nature is already a huge part of my life, what i do & how i see my self part of the challenge is the picture taking.... as in>>> improving my skills as a 'picture taker' going out when the light change of day to evening is in the midst of its shift is the challenge for me to capture what i am seeing the colors are amazing, however no so easily captured... & perhaps that is part & parcel of the elusiveness of nature & the elements..... approaching my picture taking from the eye of an artist with more of an art background as apposed to the technical savvy of a photographer,lacking all the bells & whistles when it comes to the "tools of the trade" ... anyway i am enjoying both my time in nature, as well as my time behind the camera... & really it's all goodness.... gonna post one more.... as i was out a great blue heron circled me 3-4 times, it was the coolest thing... he was calling out while he circled.... my inital reaction after the amazement of it all was i hope he doesn't poop on me LOL because of the low lighting i was unable to use the action setting.... however i thought the photo i did get was kinda cool.... so sharing it as well

from nature, in nature, thru nature.... messages/lessons/signs to assist me on my way.... yup they are around... ever notice them.... sure one learns what to look/listen/feel for one learns to interpret.... learns what it may mean or represent for the individual for me personally.... things in 3's are an indication to pay attention.... shapes, colors, textures, plants, trees, rocks, animals, birds, & oh so much more, may be the messenger or the message...... love when nature/source/spirit/angels/ the universe communicates... love it even more that i am aware & willing to look, see, listen, hear... love the connection love the sharing brightest blessings, warmest love, earthdeva/molly the flashers.... the singers..... the bright elemental ringers....

love the funky mullen i found! the seeds stir within the earth..... new growth here in lies the source of joy.... perhaps.... the inner peace in the midst of winter silence~ ~~earthdeva/molly so day 14..... the deer/ just the does were in the mood to pose~~ day 15 the trees flash & shine at dusk~~
 when the rocks & stones sing & flash~~
i love rocks pebbles & stones.... they always manage to catch my attention... i have bowls of them in my homespace.... i made an agreement with them a while back.... the bowls, bottles, & empty spaces were filling up inside, so i had special spots in my earthspace some of them went to live... or i would make them into towers. there is a rock wall on the property... a little ledge... i started placing all the little rocks & things that caught my attention on this ledge... the collection has grown.... friends who walk with me ask if it is ok if they add to the collection.... & so the pile of special little rocks & stones seems to have taken on a life of it's own... the feathers i add seem to stay for a time & then flit & fly away... the little pieces of glass along the path from broken insulators of days gone by find their way to the pile... i have even noticed a few coins that have appeared, there is another pile on a lower ledge where i have added metal pieces i discover, small ones of course.... these are remnants of the long gone railroad that once ran thru the area... moss has begun to grow amongst the stones... & spring & summer find other little plants.... in the autumn i often decorate the stone with colorfull fallen leaves i find on the pathway.... it has become a special little place..... a place to stop & ponder & reflect as i spend time in nature... those times & places are necessary in our lives.... the moments where we just stop to ponder.... the moments where we just stop to be still the moments where we stop to listen.... to look to see to be~~ those moments are treasures... & the treasures of those moments are special~~ enjoy the goodness.... it is all around.... brightest blessings, warmes loving hugs~ earthdeva/molly
Went out late afternoon.... right as the sun was beginning to go down so the lighting is a bit different.... what i was drawn to were the deer trails.... so visible this time of year so heavily traveled
..... the safe path.... the trusted path... perhaps used for generations & generations of the deer family on the property....
